Golf-Beyond (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates as a facilitator that connects travelers with licensed travel agents, hotels, transport providers, and golf courses across Sri Lanka. We do not directly provide travel or accommodation services but coordinate and promote golf and leisure packages through authorized partners.

Our Website offers:

• Golf holiday packages in Sri Lanka
•  Accommodation and transport facilitation
• Itinerary planning and consultation
   

All bookings, payments, and arrangements are handled through licensed travel partners or service providers.

• A 100% payment of the total package cost is required to confirm any booking.
• Payments must be made to our authorized travel tour operator .
• Your booking is only confirmed once payment has been received and a confirmation email has been issued.
   

• Cancellations made 14 days or more before the scheduled start date will be eligible for a full refund, less any transaction or bank fees. 
• Cancellations made within 14 days of the start date are non-refundable. 
• Refunds will be processed through the same payment method used at the time of booking and may take up to 14 working days to reflect.
• Itinerary sequence, Hotels etc. may be subject to change without prior notice due to circumstances beyond our control.  
• All complaints regarding services  offered by golf-beyond or any third party must be brought up to the attention to the management immediately as and when it happens.
   

Please note that refunds are subject to the terms of our partner travel agencies and service providers.

Golf & Beyond acts solely as a facilitator and is not responsible for:

• Errors, omissions, or service failures of third-party providers. 
• Any injury, loss, delay, or damage caused by suppliers or other independent contractors. 
• Changes in itinerary or pricing due to unforeseen circumstances, including weather, government restrictions, or golf course availability.
• Travel and Golf course insurance cover or any medical cost during tour.
   

You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute Website content without permission. 
• Post or transmit harmful or misleading material. 
• Attempt to hack, damage, or disrupt the Website.
• Images on website may vary from time to time to locations
   

While we strive to ensure the accuracy of information on this Website, Golf-beyond makes no warranties or guarantees about the completeness, reliability, or availability of content.
We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:

• Use or inability to use the Website; 
• Travel disruptions or cancellations; 
• Acts or omissions of third-party providers.
